OCEAN CITY – Seasonal recruitment remain a challenge for the Ocean City Police Department (OCPD), according to Police Chief Ross Buzzuro.On Monday, Buzzuro told members of the Ocean City Police Commission recruitment for the upcoming summer season remained challenging.
