BERLIN – The Berlin Town Council on Monday agreed to give town employees a 1.5% salary increase and restore cell phone and vehicle allowances despite Mayor Zack Tyndall’s objections.When presented with Tyndall’s budget Monday, the council voted unanimously to amend the mayor’s proposed budget to include a 1.5% cost-of-living-adjustment and restore phone and vehicle allowances...
